Analysis of hydrochemical parameters and dissolved zinc interaction by using PHREEQC simulation

Abstract Zinc is frequently reacting with inorganic species in water to form zinc species. Thus, the chemical speciation of aquatic environment has become a significant concern nowadays due its adverse effect on humans and potential toxicity system. In this study, investigate interaction between dissolved hydro-chemical factors estimate Zn form, samples river were collected spatially from Umeda River mainstream tributaries different seasons for one year. The hydrochemistry pollution characteristics analyzed. was assessed by PHREEQC simulation. result show that main free ion (Zn 2+ ) all seasons. However, summer spring season, ZnCO 3 ZnOH + concentration higher than other season. These may be attributed activities around season according similarities downstream upstream areas hierarchical cluster analysis result.
